1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Kinggalaxy.in@gmail.com with your order number.
After Shipment: If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow our Return Policy (Section 2) once you receive the item.
Service Cancellations: For services, cancellation terms will be specified in the service agreement or at the time of purchase. Please refer to those specific terms for details on service cancellations.
Upon successful cancellation of an unshipped order, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [e.g., 7-10 business days].
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Kinggalaxy.in@gmail.com and we will provide instructions.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
